So as to ensure the smooth running of our coaching relationship and after we have discovered the right programme for you, I will send by email a number of in-take forms and questionnaires for you to complete so I can learn more about you. Once you are happy to go ahead with your coaching programme, I will send you an Agreement to sign and return to me.
